I have book 1 room but i have getting only 1 bottle of drink water i have to pay extra amount for water

They denied me the room i had booked previously and told me only higher category room is available right now and i have to pay extra charges foe it at 2. 30 am in the morning. And i had ro check out at 11 am same day. But after mmt intervention the allotted me the upgraded room without any extra charge
