Near by akola station, cleanliness, comfortablity is good, via booking i forget to adding gst no. But mm t and sr hotel staff and management support after 5 days also and provide gst bill.

Very basic rooms, cleaning is also not up to the mark, no kitchen in the property so you don't have any option to eat in the hotel. Not worth paying this much for such a property.

The room was clean. Hotel should provide at least water, tea and snacks. Near to railway station. But looking at the overall facilities the pricing should be on lower side.

Staff - the staff was cooperative. My check in time was 12 pm, but they let me check in at 8. 45 am, no questions asked. The staffs were cheerful always and helpful. 4/5. Location and premises - easy to spot the location. The entry is small, although visible from the road. Its combined with another private bunglow, doesn't stand as a single property. 3/5 room - there were 2 single beds, the room was fairly clean, soaps and towels provided, hot water facility available. Ac was working well. They had a window, no view. 3. 5/5. Overall - 3. 5/5 (matches the rating on mmt.

The hotel stay was pleasant and rooms were clean, good budget stay hotel, food can be ordered from outside no pantry in the hotel, the location is very near to railway station.

Very bad room and small room. No hygiene. Very expensive. They don’t have restaurants and even in 2200 they don’t provide complementary water bottle

Location is good, linin were dirty, hundreds of mosquito in the bathroom due to poor lighting and without exhaust fan, it was a nightmare going to bathroom due to mosquito menace biting from all side, brought this to the notice of the receptionist, other than these the hotel is ok.

Pros 1. Proximity to akola railway station and despite near station as it's about 300metres and not just next to station so it's much more peaceful here. 2. Executive rooms are good in size and can easily accommodate 2 adults and 2 children. 3. Bathrooms are average with anti skid tiles. Cons 1. If you're traveling as a couple please keep an id with you that can clearly establish your relationship as couple /spouse. The hotel front desk staff is quite strict and won't let you occupy your booking if you don't give them required ids. 2. No toilet tissues provided in western style commode setting so felt it quite strange. 3. Only soaps provided with no other toiletries. We are surprised as to how this hotel managed to get mmt value stays badge with such little amenities missing. 4. No kitchen in the hotel, you can't order anything at an odd hour here. However, both swiggy and zomato deliver here. Things we couldn't try so was not able to comment 1. Wifi 2. Hot water/geyser 3. Tv/cable

There is nothing good to talk about my stay. 1. No parking space. 2. No hygiene 3. No proper drinking water 4. No change of linen 5. Taps in the bathroom were not working. Too shabby to live cannot live with family.
