No dentalkit, freeze facility provided in room. Food including lunch we had was average. Breakfast was good. Swimming pool was also good room cleanliness was there. Staff members were cooprative. During breakfast they had less seat arrangement. Resort location is good. 10 mint walking to varsoli beach

Pool time was only 7 to 7( that was not pure inform) hard water also hard water stains all over bathroom.

About location -loc is near to beach and excellent property. Food was very testy specially breakfast and service and staff behaviour so nice and polite. Overall very nice experience with this resort.

The resort is really clean with good lights being lit up after evening. The food is really tasty, staff is really cooperative & the swimming pool is also nice & clean. The hotel being near the varsoli beach is added advantage. Only thing is that the hotel price is somewhat overpriced on makemytrip. In such prices one can stay in proper 3 star hotels.

The stay was quite good and peaceful. It is close to varsoli beach. However, they do not provide dental kits so make sure to always carry it. I think they need to include few more options in their menu and change the breakfast menu as well.

I stayed for a day at this resort staff was cooperative but facilities were not there as per the cost they did not have basic dental kit breakfast was not served hot yes was very watery

1star hotel addressing it as resort and charging rates of 3 star hotel.

This is not a resort it is 8 room small property and off-course not worth at the price point it is offering Complementary breakfast is pathetic with 2 items that too not fresh one not at all happy with the hospitality they offer you at this price point. giving service of not even 1 start hotel.

Non cooperative staff. No doubt the property is good but the manager by surname patil at reception was rude in behaviour. He just wanted to argue on the pretext of checking out the room. He was requested keeping in mind the female was using the washroom. She is diabetic and frequently visit the toilet.

Property is maintained and close to beach. But breakfast is very lame, that includes only bread, egg, poha and upma. Service is average. Neither too good not too bad.

Great stay. Very peaceful and close to nature. Walking distance from one of the beaches to alibaug. Had a good time. Will visit again.

Excellent stay in basil leaf resort. Hospitality was good. Fresh atmosphere. Good cleanliness. Staff behaviour is also good. Morning nasta is very excellent to taste. The best one is the swimming pool. Near varsoli beach only 450 m from the hotel.

Average stay experience. The staff was uncooperative. They could do better.

Location is good, food was fine, but the service was disappointing. We could not arrange decorations or small amenities with the staff.

Room was in good condition as it's a new place, could have use some interior design to make it look more pleasing. Currently it's just white wall, but that's ok. Location is excellent, 3 min walk to varsoli beach, a peaceful and clean beach to have a morning walk and beautiful sunset. Now the average or bad part is the hospitality. Maybe as this is a new place they need to step it up. The restaurant is just like 4 table room, the menu is super limited with occasional food are missing. In the morning the breakfast is served at around 9 am although it starts from 7 am. And it's not a buffet system, u just had to order it. Food is again average. There was no complimentary water bottles on the second day. So in the end, if you are just staying here for location and not for hospitality, it's a good place, also pool is great, have kids section, which is really good to have.

Pros: 1) newly constructed hotel and near to varsoli beach. 2) room & washroom were relatively clean. 3) swimming pool was clean. 4) staff was polite. Cons: food was disappointing especially dinner.

Excellent stay and hospitality resort is very close to the beach and varsoli beach is very peaceful and clean. Loved the stay here. Breakfast was very good and you have a lot of options swimming pool is very neat and clean good balcony view and very clean rooms. You can blindly book your stay here go for it.

Basil leaf is fantastic property in alibag varsoli beach. 5 min walking distance from beach. Hotel ambiance and rooms are neat and clean and very very better than photos available on social media. I am very happy to stay here.
