First ekostay property - just average.

The property was changed to amara from ivory by ekostay citing reasons like ivory is not maintained etc. Unfortunately as a visitor we were left with no choice but to accept the last minute change. Ivory is a much higher rated property than amara and inspite of causing us inconvenience and shifting to a lesser premium location, ekostay did not reduce the tariff. Also there was a rule of not using the pool on the day of checkout. The reason maybe logical but this should have been informed by the caretaker when we checked in so we could have scheduled our plan accordingly. Basically shifting is to an average villa, where we couldn't even use the pool and we were charged same as a premium property. The food prepared was reasonably good. And no complaints there.
