Location is good. Rooms are spacious. Food is okay. Staff is helpful. But basic facilities need attention. Our rooms ac needed maintenance and cooling did try our patience. We checked when the Hotel was almost full. So exchanging the room was not an alternative.

Shower was defective in room no 102. Looking at the price more facilities should be provided. Not value for money.

Hotel location is convenient. The beach is ACTUALLY a 4 minute walk. Our room and the bed were neat. Electrical fittings, AC, TV and both remotes in proper working condition. The reception staff, restaurant person as well as the room service persons were very courteous. We had taken an all meals plan and I am so glad we did that. The food served for lunch & dinner was awesome. The quality of food prompted us to meet kitchen staff and appreciate them. A truly relaxing and memorable trip.

I booked deluxe room price around 5000 but when I saw the Room it is very ordinary Room not value for money and there is a power cut for 3hours and no generator back up . Think before you are booking this hotel

There was power outage for 1 hour and Genset was not working asked the guys many times regarding the same Called MMT service care but no help from them as well Even MMT customer care is use less They just make fake promise were not able to help when required

Nice resort, very near to beach, home cooked food. Owner is nice cooperative, recommend for family, games chess carom etc inside. Over all value for money.

Very close to the location 2-3 min. Walking from beachcomber cooked food. If you are looking for a budget hotel then it's recommended. With family from Unstated for 2 suggestions received from hotel manager.

Food was good. Night music + food on terrace dining area was relaxing. Room is quiet and located close to nagaon beach(500m +). Hot water service is as claimed by hotel. WiFi is good. Staff + owner are friendly.

Location was good and peaceful and relaxed. It is walking distance from nagaon beach ... Room was clean, neat and well maintained. Staff was cooperative ... No dinner service provided but overall its nice experience. I would recommended if you looking for relaxed weekend.

Hotel was good. Location was good. Easily accesible besches. Good service. Good cleanliness. Staff was co operative. Breakfast was disappointing as had very limited option. Nice atmosphere. Arranged for commute.

It is walking distance from nagaon beach .. Food is awesome. And staff services is very impressive .. Rooms are clean .. Spacious .. This is 9 km from Alibaug city .. So I Of you are looking for a relaxed weekend getaway ... You can try this place.

Pros: 1. Good location (1 km from main entrance of Nagaon beach and 3 min walk to other entrance to beach) 2. Clean and maintained hotel 3. People working there are well behaved and helpful 4. Amenities like wi-fi, carom-board, complimentary breakfast, etc Cons: 1. No covered parking

Room siZe is good but the interior, beds, and other facilities are not so good. The food was good but choices very limited. Service at morning is not available up to 7. 30 am. No recreational space available.
