Bathroom fittings broken, rooms not maintained, plaster falling off, cockroaches, ac panel broken, only 1 restaurant in entire resort, below average waiter service, long wait times for food preparation a la carte, priority only for buffet.

I had been in to this place in november last week & the experience is fantastic. The location as well the property is good for couples, family & friends outtrip. The food is excellent & the breakfast spread is good. There is a dance floor with dj & the dj is absolutely fantastic. The flip side is that the dance floor & bar gets closed by 11 pm. Overall the experience is good & would recommend to stay.

firstly, there is no proper planning for the driver. the phone in the room is switched off, the food has no taste and the quantity is very less. means the facilities are not as good as we pay. dissatisfied 😭

Excellent facilities for kids to play, very well maintained resort with excellent food and rooms. Lot of space within the resort to take walks and spend leisurely time. Varsoli beach is just 10 min distance away and is an excellent quiet beach to visit

Awesome experience and best place to spend quality time with your partner and your family. Property is highly recommended to everyone. Staff is poliet humble and very helpful. Food quality is delicious.

Excellent property with good location. Elaborate breakfast spread. Clean and big swimming pool with direct entry from rooms is the highlight of the property.

The room in which i stayed was not that well maintained. The are around wash basin was not clean. I observed several guests entering the pool in regular clothing, such as churidars and non-swimming shorts, without adhering to pool hygiene practice

I recently had a wonderful weekend getaway at radisson blu resort & spa alibaug with my wife. The resort was the perfect place to unwind and relax. The highlight of our stay was the games room, where we had a blast playing pool and table tennis. We also indulged in a relaxing couples spa treatment, which was truly rejuvenating. However, finding the spa within the resort was a bit of an adventure! our deluxe room with balcony was spacious and comfortable, providing a lovely space to enjoy the views. The balcony was a great spot to relax and enjoy the fresh air. We enjoyed delicious drinks and live piano music during our stay. The breakfast spread was decent, with good live counters and overall tasty food. The front desk staff, especially himanshi, were incredibly helpful and ensured a smooth check-in and check-out process. Overall, we had a fantastic and relaxing weekend at radisson blu resort & spa alibaug. The resort's facilities, ambiance, and staff made it a memorable experience. We would definitely recommend this resort to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway near mumbai.

So the stay at this property was very average. The spa under renovation / the restaurant under renovation. The cleanliness of the property was not upto the mark. The options in food limited. The breakfast buffet was a complete chaos. No table to sit on for 30 minutes. Any order placed took forever & the taste of the food was below par. The staff working at this property need to be trained better to be courteous and accommodating with the guests. Definitely wont visit them again or recommend anybody for it.
