Room cleaning not done on raising complaint same is done just for the sake of doing….Window AC was too much noisy…even after complaining no action taken. Television not working. Blankets not provided. Receptionist was not bothered about the issues they shows they are very busy …overall bad experience…zero marks for hospitality

Food quality and service was poor. Washrooms were not having proper buckets and other accessories. Rooms are not property decorated.

Please do not book this resort as they do not have basic room service. Also, the hotel is not clean enough, money they are charging us too high as per their services

Stay was comfortable and the staff was courteous. The property needs some repairs and renovation otherwise had a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

less maintained rooms... bad odour in the room.... bad smell to bedsheets and blankets.... my daughter cannot sleep whole night....cannot close bathroom glass door... very deemlight..in the bathroom .... water taps needs repairs....we got disappointed... 😞👎

This is a beautiful resort spread across a sprawling, well landscaped property. Location is off the main road and absolutely hassle free to reach. You can reach nearby beaches and forts conveniently from this place. Food and overall hygiene is good too. Overall a very pleasant experience!

We had booked a hotel. Food is too expensive. Dont provide service worth your pay. No tv. Worst stay ever. Painfut experience at sai in alibag. Staff also not good. Food was the worst part of the stay. Over all a terrible experience. Next we don't book this hotel

Good vacation amid-st greenery

Good place to getaway from a busy city.
Coming from mumbai with its cramped dwellings and skyscrapers, it is a great change to stay here with its sprawling gardens and greenery. The location is also very accessible to all the nearby beaches especially kihim beach which is our favorite. It is also a good get away from the beaches if one gets too tired or if the tide recedes. There is a decent swimming pool and a garden full of hammocks and swings which is by itself a great feature. If you are a fan of swings and hammocks, this is the place for you all the rooms are air conditioned though can be noisy. Insects and mosquitoes will be a accompaniment of such a huge garden so have odomos or any other insect repellant handy the food is better than average though a little overpriced compared to other restaurants in alibaug. This may not be the place for you if you intend to spend most of the times indoors or watching tv
