Hotel is good but room services are so bad. Room landline was not working i complaint-ed about it twice but no response. Electricity fl-actuating whole night. Ac is not cooling properly

Hotel lacks winter preparation. Not good housekeeping, even the toiletries are very old. Need lot of changes in the rooms. Overall experience not satisfactory

The property used to be very good. I had stayed there 4-5 times pure and post covid but now there seems some problem with the overall feel. The rooms though booked much in advance were not ready and cleaned properly despite our late check around 2. 30-3 p. M. The quality of food and breakfast spread is also not same as earlier. The complimentary in-room tea supplements were not adequate, one tea bag for 2 people and after asking many a times and escalating the issue it was replenished. Bathrooms are not properly maintained, broken wash basin and wobbling seat cover. Over all an unpleasant stay.

Washroom was stinky and foul smelling geyser was not working properly dual ac not available they provided blower which is harmful in closed rooms. Limited choice of food and no buffet was there also u can opt only one food item. I have never seen such a management and at this price. In short t hag rah e hain ye

The overall stay was okay. Staff needs better training and guidance for better behaviour in front of guests. The room was okay too but not up to the mark and definitely not value for money.

Worst service experienced ever. Poor telephone operator service. No window in the room, toilet flush was not working properly, power cut hundred times a day, receptionist attitude is very bad while asking something. Worse parking facility, not informed about wifi password. No mobile network coverage inside the room. Except for breakfast and food quality all other services are not up to the mark and therefore is a blot on the image of Palm Tree hotels chain.
