Royal residency hotel is an excellent hotel in aligarh. Room service is good. Food quility also good.

It's really bad experience to stay there. They are having marriage lawn also in hotel itself. During our stay one marriage was there and hotel staff allowed to play deal and doing bangda at 1st floor marriage guests, who totally disturbed our sleep at midnight. I do not recommend any one to stay there. Thanks.

Overall stay was okay. The room was big and had nice furnishings but poor housekeeping and poor maintenance was mood spoiler. Nice restaurant and excellent food was a level per.
The crockery in which tea was served was worse than roadside tea shop. Lamps in the room were there but were not connected and the wires did not have plugs. Water was leaking in bathroom. Overall housekeeping was poor. Restaurant was good. Food was also good. But the room service was poor. Even drinking water was not provided in the room.

Above mentioned facility must be available to have a better stay.
No welcome drink, no complimentary water bottle which is available in almost all hotel. Cable TV was of very poor quality.

The hotel was good .. Staff also very good .. Good service .. If in future I will come in Aligarh I will stay the same hotel ... All things are best very nice hotel and very neat and clean .. Only roads are not good

Over all good hotel but maintenance seems to be needed as earlier it was better in interior maintenance. Food & service is good. Will wish to visit again but room maintenance is suggested to enjoy the continuity of stays.
