Our anniversary stay at this beautiful resort in kerala was amazing! the spacious surroundings, delightful staff, especially the manager sudhee, made our experience unforgettable. Sudhee went above and beyond, ensuring our candlelit dinner and custom cake were exactly as we envisioned. Special thanks to sumith for his continuous assistance, and chef abhijit for crafting the most delicious meals. Highly recommend this place for a fantastic getaway!

Poor Stay

The view of lake was blocked by house boats. So don't go by pictures no availability of food of your choice. Only three items for breakfast at such a high cost lake is not clean at all. Far away location from center lake. Not worth of spending such a huge amount. Slow service.

We were there for a single day stay. We were assigned a staff named thomas chettan for our whole stay. He was very helpful, jovial and put our mind at ease for the whole weekend getaway.

Room service was terrible

There is no one to attend to your requirements after 8 pm till 7in the morning the next day. Room service was extremely poor, the room boys who come to take your orders cannot comprehend clearly. The girls at the reception did not know about the timings for the breakfast in the morning. The curd which was served was extremely sour. The rooms are extremely clean and well maintained
