wrost hotel, hotel refused my booking. very arrogant reception person, he was not even in the mood to speak with us when i mentioned, initially he said no room available but after 2 hours of our struggle he gave us 2 non ac rooms, room was dirty, white sand were spread on floor, broken chairs, no drinking water, no room service for bags no lift, no hot water, brocken mug for bath, asked us to strickly check out at 8am. very terrific experience

Stay was denied by the hotel stating that they don't have any time up arrangements with you. I was roaming around at mid night with kids for rooms in any hotel but all were full. Atlast i paid ten thousand for 2 rooms which was double the rate. It was a punishment for me to book hotel through makemytrip

Not available food saying hotel team breakfast not available in booking facilities.

Need to improve room services, no intercom or bell to reach reception.
No hot water facility, no mirror in room and the room is congested.
