There is an issue with the hot water when we have asked them about the hot water they said that they will not provide any hot water

I have paid for a boat house which seems like 3 or 4 star property but they have given me a 1 star property and their excuse was like “we have given your property to someone else because he/she came first we have booked a property before n we have paid 100% how could you give that reserved property to someone else.
