Le leela is a beautiful resort, we had a lake view room, their rooms are spacious, comfortable. Staff is ever ready for all the help. My child had fun riding battery operated cycle. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

Worse experience, poor condition of the hotel, old building, lizards and insects. There were no amenities and all things are in very bad condition not worth it for money. They are frouds

positive : - Location is superb and very close to the lake and lake view is also very much appreciable negative :- 1) No value for money is a charges of 5 star hotels where as this property can be compared with maximum a 3 star facilities 2) Hygiene - No star hotel amenities in the room and pillow covers are having stains 3) No 24 staffs in the reception,if you want to have an early morning check in you will have to wait till the staffs comes (like a govt office )

1. Rooms were sub standard. Filthy. Maintenance were pending in many areas and floors were not clean. Water seepage from ac. Holes in walls & poorly maintained wash rooms. 2. Food quality is pathetic. Fried rice and curries were disaster and chicken used is definitely not fresh. Staff forgot to deliver ordered food twice in a day and we were just waiting for over 2 hours. Chef seems not properly trained. 3. I got a plastic piece in curries. Drinking water dispenser is not maintained properly. 4. Pool was good. But pool side areas are not cleaned for years seems. 5. Breakfast buffet is like a rs 200 buffet you get from a normal hotel. No expectations pls. 6. Staff need to be trained properly. 7. Half of the food menu was "not available" 8. Pool corners were broken and sharp edges were created. Pool underwater recycling hole was broken and dangerous.I don't know what your criteria to rate them high.

Nice place and ambience. Need to uplift the facilities by proper maintenance and repairs. Over-rated rent, food and beverages, overall good ambience for group gatherings.

Even in the peak season, the hotel was empty. There was very less staff and less lights in the evening ( i think for cost saving purpose. There was no one at the reception to pickup our call from the room. Very over priced. Small property of 11 room ( only 3 rooms were filled on our day)

It was a decent stay. Food was excellent. Since it was live kitchen, we got the food freshly cooked and warm. Staff was cordial. Need to improve a lot on amenities. No gym facilities, play area. It’s a small area. Nice cycles were provided at affordable price. Overall decent stay. Bit overpriced i would say

Calm and quiet place close to nature with great backwater view and ambience in the resort. There is private kayaking and speed boat activity. Nice place to stay with limited guests feels like a private property

The resort had beautiful spacious rooms and the most gorgeous views of the lake. The staff was very accommodating and courteous. The food was also good. I would just caution anyone who uses the pool as the tiles on the edge of the pool are chipped off in some places and two of our family members sustained injuries, some were very pretty deep cuts. We also had difficulty reaching out to the reception early morning. Barring these hiccups, our stay was enjoyable and our family had a memorable time.

very poor maintenance. breakfast menu horrible. no complementary tea in the evening.not even welcome drinks.no activities.no cruise.no play area kids .not even a swing.no bathroom kit. not at all worthy for the money paid

Where do i start. Absolutely loved every minute bin this resort. The location is so great and the views are just gorgeous. The property is beautiful and worth every penny. The rooms are huge with individual balconies or sit outs. There is a salt water pool and large deck for get togethers. The restaurant is simple and food is good. Service and staff are excellent. The whole vibe is so amazing that i didn't want to even step out of the resort. I have zero complaints and only a wonderful experience. I would definitely stay here again, no questions asked.
