Property wasn’t clean and was secluded with no care takers overnight

The bathrooms were dirty with lizard poops etc. Property was secluded wouldn’t recommend for couples. Kitchen utensils were dirty and beer bottles left overs, wasn’t cleaned properly. Property is really big but lacks on the maintenance front big time. Need major work and maintenance of lawn etc to increase ratings for the price charged.

Ambiance was good. Altogether I paid more plus for accommodation alone. Not sure whether the stay Worth for that price. But it's a good place to recommend. Location is easy to reach and is just 1 km away from Marari Beach. Easy to go to Arthunkal church from the this place.

We stayed in Marari Villa portia ... It was a happy day ... Service was excellent ... Nice food. Service by Monachan uncle so excellent. Kitchen available ... 24hour hot water. Mararikulam beach is near to this property ... Car parking space available.
