I have stayed there 26-12-2019, paid for a night. They are not providing basic facilities. Not even drinking water. Very pathetic response from their side. Simply wasting money if anyone going there.

Bad Experience

Despite being so pricey room all I got was dirty toilet, No toiletries, No toilet paper, No telephone in room, No room service even for water. Pros: Good location- Just opposite of KSRTC bus stop and houseboats and shikaras, you can catch just in front of the hotel and nicely built. Cons: -No value for money. -No room telephone. -No room service. -Toiletries not provided. I booked a deluxe AC room and my experience was not so good with the hotel.

Terrible Stay

I had planned to stay in Venezia for 2 night but I had to cut short my stay to one night. First of all it is not a resorts, an average hotel with poor service. We reached hotel around 8.30pm in night. Except once receptionist there was no other staff in the hotel. Rooms were smelling, bedsheets were dirty, no towels no hot water. No restaurant. We had search for food in night luckily found nearby Sisir palace hotel. much better service at the same price. I do not recommend staying in Venezia.
