Ground level staff is rude. No staff to confirm complimentary breakfast and what to serve in breakfast. Marriage is also going on. Full of disturbance.

Third class hotel and food poor service. They said out of 1800 make my trip 1400 given to hotel how they can give better room. So i will never book hotel through makemytrip again. I will post this message at facebook also

The hotel was in a good location. Toilet was in poor condition. Cleanliness was not proper. Room service was good but it was overall a bad experience.

Food was OK. But the food is not hot.
The space in the room is less, bad sheet is untidy, shower is not working in the toilet, toilet sheet jet was not working ,not a good experience.

Do not book this hotel. I REPEAT, do not book it. It's more of a wedding Dharamshala instead of a hotel, and while you must me expecting a peaceful night or some relaxing time, you can hear everything including carpenters and drilling machine, and also baraat arrival. Least likely to advise anyone to stay here

Overall good heritage hotel with ample parking space. Food is good and rooms are big with average cleanliness. Located in center of town but Google navigation showed wrong directions and it took some time to find the hotel. Staff appeared friendly and helpful.

Overall stay was pleasant except for the wrong navigation to hotel by google which made us irritating. Food was good. Hotel needs to make the navigation proper. Bar prices was bit high which can be decreased.

Rooms are looking old and sofa set is not clean, washroom is big but toilet position is very weird and you will find difficulty in sitting comfortably, it's OK is you are staying for one night, food is average
