Property is new with lots of amenities. But amenities inside room not working. Like tv and fridge. Food also is way too costly. They charge food nearly equivalent to 5 star hotel in raipur. Hotel is unreasonably overpriced. They charge 190- for plain non-basmati rice.

Services are average in the beginning, after interaction of the floor manager i didn't find any issues. Staffs especially male staffs at restaurant and front desk needs a lot of training on hospitality. Food is ok less choices in breakfast. Location is good.

Pretty good service and surroundings. Hotel was good in the city like ambikapur. Only rooms and bathrooms were slight unclean.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future
