Very bad experience, room was booked for ac and when reached hotel ac were not working. Shower not working. No entry detail were asked or taken as proof i'd. Very bad service need to register complaint

One of the worst experiences staying at this hotel. Ac was not working in a room where there was no window or ventilation at all. The commode seat lead was broken, the flush was not working, the water tap was not working, celling was broken, room was not clean. Very bad experience.

Behaviour of staff is not so good and also provide a poor quality service. Otherwise hotel manufacturing is good

I was supposed to extend my stay here for another day but, room is not clean, the ceiling is broken, the commode seat is broken, and the flush is not working, water taps are not working. The only good thing is the ac is working, that's it. I need my money back or need a one day free extension.

There is no wifi, electricity also not in constitution. Some room in black out some rooms have light. Wifi is present in description of hottel but not provide.
