The location of the hotel is quite good. They have taken care of the cleanliness. Facilities are also good. Overall good experience.

Noisy and the sheets were a bit stinky but not too bad overall as the staff was supportive and cooperative

I choose this hotel 7th time and really the stay was amazing. They always welcome guest as a family and the behaviour of the staff was also good as precious. Nice location near the golden temple within 1km area. Only 10 min walkable distance from the golden temple.

Staff are very rude. Staff are very rude. They have not serve as per commitment. Each day manager change and they ask about extra payment.

The room and linen was neat and clear. Their inhouse food is not good, but there are few good restaurants around the property.

The food we ordered from the hotel was pathetic and they charged a lot for it. Also it wasn't cooked at there place, they had ordered it from outside. If that was the case, i would have done it by myself. At least won't have wasted that amount of money over their food.

Location is good near Golden temple, food is good and services are excellent.
Clean rooms and hygienic. Staff are good cooperative.

Was in Amritsar for a 2 days solo trip. Backpacker's best was absolutely value for money. Comfortable beds. The terrace is converted to a garden and peacefully. Happens to be the only smoking area in the hotel. The owners are very humble and helpful. The staff is responsive. Can't expect more for this.

The location of the hotel is in close proximity to Golden temple and just beside partition museum. Rooms were clean and tidy. Only drawback I found was noise coming from other near by room entering into room, may be hotel can work on improving its doors making noise proof

Disturbance by other guests

During the 2 nights I stayed, I wasn't able to sleep due to noise made by others guests. I went down to reception and staff member approached them a few times but with no avail. There were a group of 4 or 5 young men at past 2 am and the disturbance continued. I'm not sure if this is a common behaviour that is accepted in hotels. But that surely disturbs other guests. I felt helpless as staff was not able to handle the situation.

We were on a family tour. The location of the hostel is a big plus point. All local attractions are nearby plus all eateries are at a walking distance.

Best place to stay in Amritsar. Staff is very helpful and approachable. Rooms are near and clean. We felt at home.

This is not a hotel more ever it's hostel. Travels can stay one night and check out, without any expectation. No room service, only one guy, who is working for rooms and owner family as well. No good for Long stay and family, never!
