Good budget hotel adjacent to heritage street. The stay was uneventful (which is good) apart from the initial issue of room size (not all the rooms in the hotel are same size, even in the same price bracket. The breakfast was serviceable and staff was cooperative.

Location is walking from golden temple there are lot of food options nearby i stayed with family hotel was good but there was single window in room not any balcony this is average as complete to our last day stay at bloom in katra which was best hotel i ever visited in this price

Only polite thing in the hotel is the cafe team, rohit, the reception team has an approach as of they are extending a personal favour, they argue over and above and do not honor the terms of the booking voucher. All they have to offer is pointers to not provide the basics of the terms agreed, zero understanding of the guest service behavior, especially the gentleman at the reception, i'd not appreciate to mention the names.

Property location is excellent food is good amenities need to improve like consumables in the restroom and need to be updated periodically. Service was not as expected from bloom hotels. Had to wait for breakfast to be served in the morning and did not have enough spread at the breakfast buffet. But got a fresh supply post delay.

I am a loyal customer to bloom hotels as i stay exclusively at bloom property. Bloom heritage walk is located at the right place. This was a big advantage. I was disappointed by the service which was below expectation. The breakfast spread was poor. Breakfast was not ready at all. One day i had to miss my breakfast due to delay.

We stayed for one night. The hotel is quite close to golden temple. 4 min walk to market good comfortable rooms. Not very spacious but good for a budget stay.

Pro- near to jaliawalan bagh, golden temple and heritage market. Cons - parking is not available at property. Limited option in breakfast buffet.

Good, clean and tidy room. Very colorful and vibrant interiors, had range of coffee and tea in the room. Washroom was very clean and tidy. Room size was decent. Location is perfect. Good for a solo traveller and under budget. 500m away from golden temple. Nearby area has huge shopping outlets.
