Lack of professionalism. 4th grade staff are not trained. Foods are tasty, but verities should be given in breakfast. Should provide wadrobe for cloths & dresses. Toothpaste, toothbrush and slippers should be provided, for making it better.

Excellent hotel. Great service the room was very spacious, clean, and had the amenities we needed. Breakfast was delicious and with many choices. The people in the reception were very helpful, not just on checkin and checkout, but also in giving directions to spots.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the casa royale , and I must say it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. From the moment I walked into the lobby, I was greeted warmly by the attentive and courteous staff. The location of the hotel was perfect, as it offered breathtaking views of the city and the hotel's proximity to the city center made it convenient for exploring local restaurants and shops. The room was spacious, elegantly decorated, and immaculately clean. Throughout my stay, the hotel's staff went above and beyond to cater to my needs. They were always available to provide recommendations and helpful tips about the area, making me feel like a valued guest. The hotel's amenities were also top-notch. Additionally, the on-site restaurant served delectable dishes with a diverse menu that catered to various tastes. What stood out the most was the level of service and attention to detail. The housekeeping staff consistently ensured that my room was impeccably clean and replenished with fresh towels and amenities. Stay was quite good for the price point. It was comfortable and pleasant. The rooms were clean and neat. Recommended for families too.

Casa royale! it was an excellent stay. From the day 1 till we checked out. Manisha welcomed us when we arrived it the check in was hassle free and quick. I would like to appreciate the way manisha handles the guests with good gesture and polite voice. All the staff of the hotels were polite and very helpful and could go beyond the limitations. Overall the pampering was like a 5 star. Though it’s a very newly built hotel, the amenities are top notch. You ask it and they will bring it for you in minutes. They have spacious rooms for very competitive prices. The overall stay was excellent and i would suggest people visiting amritsar for whatever purpose to opt for this hotel.

The stay was excellent. Delicious food. Great hospitality. Room service was top notch and ambience of the hotel was too good. Amazing hospitality! the staff is very polite and courteous the location of the hotel is very good. Highly recommended, family friendly hotel. Clean washrooms. Centrally air conditioning inside the hotel. Amazing staff.

Rooms are very spacious and well maintained. The staff is very helpful and provide quick service. Luxurious rooms with reasonable rates with prime location. I have went to amritsar frequently for my meetings and i have always had wonderful experience of stay here. Best hotel in amritsar. Recommended 100.
