We had great experience of stay there. Golden temple is visible from our room on third floor directly. Full view of golden temple from terrace. Rooms neat and clean. Gate entry to golden temple is hardly 100 meter from temple. Hotel situation is main market. Must stay place when you visit golden temple.

The location is a great advantage, just a few steps away from the temple. Cleanliness could be better, rooms need basic maintenance. The staff is helpful and polite. Would recommend taking an executive temple view or club suit rooms only on 3rd floor

It was a lovely experience. Hotel members were nice. The hotel is very close to the golden temple, just 10 steps.

Makemytrip charged rs 3225 for just one night. And we were told at the hotel that the actual price of room for one night is rs 2000. Mm t is actually looting people.

Had a lovely 1 night stay in csjs hotel located just next to golden temple gate. Staff behavior was very good.

Stayed for 2 nights location is great very near to golden temple. House keeping did not clean the room but when informed the staff the person on reception himself got the room done. Hot water was available 24 hrs.

Room was nice, linen and towels were clean, welcome drink was promised but not provided, breakfast was just ok, restaurant service was pathetic, reception was very helpful

Hotel staff was very good, cleaning was remarkable, and on top of everything hotel was inside golden temple campus, it's on 1 min walking distance. Overall stay was very good. Highly recommended

I booked a premium room back in september 2023 and i liked it. That‘s why i booked a premium room again in feb‘24. But despite of paying charges for premium room, we were given a very basic room. No toilet paper, no warm water, no dental kit. That was not expected from a good hotel like csjs.

Rooms me smell aa rahi thi n garam pani ( hot water ) sirf morning me aa rah a tha. Average experience n price is high. Price k hisab se property ki services.

Please dont book this hotel the staff tried to fool us by confusing us that the extra bed wasnt included it was us who showed our booking, after that as well they were not ready to agree on a consensus, when we said we will confirm with makemytrip itself they instantly agreed for the above mentioned problem. The extra bed provided was not of good condition the bedsheet was wet. Room cleanliness is a big hands down, washrooms were not hygienic as well. Room was unusually small sized. Except for the fact that the hotel is near sri harmandir sahib nothing makes it good for travellers. I would request makemytrip to address my issue and try for some compensation for the inconvenience the stay has caused me. One thing to praise is the behaviour of the restaurant staff who were co-operative.

Location is very good. 100 mtrs from main entrance of golden temple. Breakfast was good. Rooms were small but clean. Overall good if you want to visit golden temple

The hotel sat they are 4 star but is not even 1 star, you can not reach to hotel by car. To go to hotel with laugauge you need to take e rickshaw. Rooms were dirty and very small the picture of the room was different category which is showing while booking and they are giving different room.
