Room was smelling. Blankets and towels were smelling. Ac was new and working well. Geyser was working. No lift is available. Tv was not working. Location was very good. Only 400 meters from golden temple. Overall experience was bad. Only location is a plus.

Hotel is in a very good location only a few minutes walking distance in the golden temple and jaaliyaan wala bagh the staff is very supportive specially the manager mr chandan ojha ji is a very good person good guide very knowledgeable person and full of humanity room and washroom very clean everything was in orders geyser was too much of a hot water if u go for the golden temple then definitely stay here and those who are from bihar jharkhand up state should stay exactly here only u will definitely satisfied with service this is my advice

The hotel staff was very rude, the floors were sticky pillow covers were dirty, blanket was stinking there were no water in the room, my wife was bathing and they were telling that we will check. I checked out within 30 minutes and they are denying the refund and they were threatening to do whatever we want they will not refund. I checked out 3:30 am in the morning within 30 minutes of checking in. I had to pay 4k extra to get a room at night. I was with my family and what if something had happened with them in the night in an unknown city. Even makemytrip is not doing anything in response. This hotel should be delis-ted so that this doesn't happen with any other family/couple.
