Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay.

I travel-led in this hotel with my family and stayed here for two nights. It was indeed such a wonderful l property. Excell d hospitality as well as delicious food also the recreation activites specially roof top swimming pool. It was an amazing stay|will recommend definitely|

I have been staying in this property since 2013. Have stayed here on my several visits to amritsar. Back then, it used tobe a marvelous property. Unfortunately, the standards have detoriated. On my latest visit, booked this property, with similar expectations but not to be. The points- air conditioning in the room almost not working. I reduced the temperature to 16 degrees but still no improvement. Lastly, i switched on the ceiling fan and got some feel of the aircon. The staff seemed uninterested to help and their body language suggested that. Except a few exceptions, no one even had a smile on their face. The room service was ok and the food was good. Anyways, thanks a lot.

A pleasant trip, short and sweet. Enjoyed the stay. Very cordial and accommodative service staff. Would certainly like to revisit and recommend family and friends.

Over Priced Hotel

Room lock from inside was not working properly….bathroom was so smelly that it was so difficult to stand there ….toilet seats were so dirty …there were very less and limited options for breakfast buffet….per day price of room for 1 person was so high as compare to the maintainance and facilities offered. One can go for other hotels like best wetern and many other hotel for the same price .

Unhappy experience

This was my bad experience in this hotel. I wake up at 5 am as i do every day. After a morning walk, we came back to the hotel and thought of going to the gym for which we had booked the hotel because we prefer the hotel gym. But the reception person mr. Navroop told us that the gym will open at 9 am. We told him brother please open the gym we can't come again at 9 am and we have not made a mistake by waking up at 5 am. His reply was very rude. He said that is all fine but this is not my job. I cannot do anything about it. And then he left without completing the conversation.

We have done booking for executive rooms and on arriving we have been provided deluxe rooms and the rooms were stinking. On complaining it was said we have these rooms only and we don't have any category for deluxe rooms.

Guys at room service are so kind that no matter how many times you call them they’re always available but the amount they charge for extra water bottle is so much basic amenities should be free

Room access card was not working properly and even after discussing it with hotel management they did not resolve the issue and food is average. Even room service was little bit delayed every time.
