The rooms are not what it looks like in pictures. There is no ventilation and it feels stuffy. The place is good for the price i paid. Dont expect anything more than a place to put your luggage and sleep at night. The service is ok. There was just one person catering to all of our needs

The hotel is best of its location but after that it does nothing to please its customer. Pros: Location Cons: Unprofessional staff, room clumsy, washroom was unclean, when we asked to clean the staff, cleaned the floor from mop and cleaned washroom seat from. Same mop exhaust not works. If I was able to attach pictures I might have done same.

I reached the hotel before check-in time and ask staff for early check-in for my kids. That guys help me, behavior was good. Full supportive. Location was good. 2 minutes walking distance from Golden temple. Overall good.

We booked a family room at Akal residency but it was actually a single room with an extra cot. No basic amenities and a poor room service.
Not a value for money. Bad room services.

Evening reception guy was very rude

Service guys where very rude, specially the evening reception guy. He was constantly shouting on his team in-front of guest, inhuman behavior. No basic amenities where provided, if you call him on reception then he will hung the phone. No basic facilities and amenities. Too rude and won't recommend anyone for this particular hotel specially with family and small kids.
