It was a good stay. The rooms are a bit smaller plus no windows. Thats the only negative. They have their restaurant. Breakfast is complementary. Loved it. Housekeeping & hostel staff are helpful & provide you with all available luxuries. They also give you complementary tea in your room. Overall good stay for price. Done.

Not well maintained room and slippery bathroom, water bottle at triple mrp

Hotel room was not well maintained, bathroom was slippery and very congested, bedside table drawer was malfunctioning and always open which creates possibility to get hurt. Moreover after our repeated request that we booked room for 3 nights and these issues are creating inconvenience to stay in it, hotel staff was not helpful to change the room (even though other rooms are vacant at that time. Moreover, to my great surprise, they billed simple water bottle at 3 times the mrp. Ours was a very bad experience in this hotel. Do not get disguised with pics of this hotel, research and confirm thoroughly before booking.

So i just searched it on google maps and that's how i found this property. By the looks it looked fine but only by looks so we've checked in the hotel it was near the golden temple, so apparently they said near golden temple all the hotels are pure veg and doesn't serve alcohol and no smoking, for which i thought it's fine as it is near a religious place, but they have told this to us when we have booked and are doing check in, these things are not mentioned So when we checked into our room i saw the toilet and i was so disgusted, it had bad stains all over the seat, disgusting patches through out the toilet. The room did not have vantilation, on top of that they have exhaust fan in toilet which doesn't work. Also they have a very small parking and everything is conjugated over there, and on top of that they have put gas cylinder connection in parking for their kitchen, and those gas cylinder leaks and smells all over, feels lik it might explode any second, and people are also smoking there only.

The location of the hotel is very bad. Seems like some slum area. The people in the surroundings are very dangerous. The management of the hotel are not professional. The cleanliness of the hotel is very poor. It’s not worth hotel.

I was extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room was far from clean—there was mildew on the walls, rust on the taps, and no basic amenities provided in the washroom. The overall lack of cleanliness and attention to detail was shocking. I checked out without staying the night because of how uncomfortable the room was. I would not recommend this hotel.

Location is good. Other amenities are found to be satisfactory, however, we had observed foul smell was coming from the bed, which needs to change mattress.

Stay was average and unhygienic. Even bathroom was not cleaned well. Hotel room was not worthy as per the rates. Not at all recommended for families. Taste of breakfast is pathetic and services was very bad.

worst room worst service really worst location and talking about service all the staff seems like they don't care. Everyone always had something in their mouth while assisting any guest. Not even a single staff there know how to do their work. no towels no bathroom amenities and when I called to get me towels bathroom amenities for 4 people they placed only 2 towels no bathroom amenities were placed. Morning I called them to order tea then I got to know the room service they don't take order before 7am even after 7 am no one was willing to take order for a simple tea . After that we ordered breakfast in the room I clearly ask the guy from room service that I need 6 parantha curd and butter on side and send me 4 tea even after that they bring only parantha tea and curd no butter and the guy who bring the order ask us to put the tea and give him the kettle first because they don't have any extra kettle and then the cups were so disgusting not washed properly all cups were broken from multiple sides. I asked them to change them and give me clean cups three times I ask but still they gave me same cup only . I don't know why even you all guys have kept this hotel open the lady in reception don't even care she's busy on her phone in the beginning only when I entered the hotel the reception is left empty no one is there to attend 2 staff sitting in the restaurant chatting and called the lady from the reception. it was totally waste of money I would suggest everyone not to visit this disgusting place because they don't know how to work . the housekeeping also very disgusting in the morning I was going out the worst thing I saw was they don't keep the fresh bedsheets and fresh towels on their trolley they throw them in the stairs and change them with used ones from the room .this hotel don't know anything about hygiene don't know how to do their work really very pathetic and disgusting place and really extremely worst staff and extremely worst service the whole hotel smell really bad all staff are like they don't care they are in their own world only I would suggest everyone not to visit this hotel at all I feel really bad with my decision of coming to this hotel to stay. the amount I paid I don't even feel it's was worthy paying that amount even the cheap rooms of OYO are much better I suggest you guys to shut you hotel down and go and get some better training about hygiene and guest service
