O 27. 05. 2024 in day time when the ac of roo suddenly off, on reporting the same to hotel staff they intimate that in power cutt ac not working. As ac facilities not provided in generator connection.

My review for not very good, they had not give wifi facility, not working room service number, all over in room bad smell, not working even tv, staff behavior also not good, but they charge more for room, but facilities zero

Two rooms with one extra bed for 5 adults were booked which was very uncomfortable. Instead you should have provided one room of three beds and one with two beds. Breakfast and service very poor. Providing one bottle of water per room per day should be one bottle per person.

Small hotel and basic things were not available in the wash room. Breakfast was showing in the package while booking of the hotel but it was not mentioned in the voucher and the hotel has also not provided.

The hotel is located just on the side of the golden temple langar gate(50 mtr. Location is very good, but there was a problem in the toilet flash in both of our rooms. Another point is as the hotel is located at the market area and roads are very narrow to reach there, so auto or car from outside don't go to the gate of the hotel, so if you have lots of luggage with you, think about it, you have to walk around 200 mtr to reach there.

Hmara room aur koi book tha paid humne kisi aur chiz ka ki usne hume third class room dia amritsar mein bhat hotel hai core guna better

there was an ac and 2 beds which are very comfortable to sleep and golden tempe and jalianawal bagh were there in a range of 4 to 500 m overall the experience was absolutely fantastic 👏 😀 👌 👍. hehe😅

The property has a lot different then what it's shown. Property does not have any lift available while it is mentioned that lift is available. Upon reaching to the property, hotel staff providing 3rd ( last floor ) room even i was with lady. I have to pay extra amount just to accommodate lower floor property, which again i have to shift to another room after 2 days.
