It was nice stay, room was good and clean. Overall good experience. One con is that it’s little far from the golden temple.

Water is leaking in the washroom. Ac sound is terrible. Room is clean and restaurant staff behaviour is worst very rude and pathic restaurant services.

The ac of the rooms weren’t working properly it’s actually a banquet hall with rooms whenever they had an event down didn’t even answer the room service calls. We had the same breakfast for 4 days straight. No change in breakfast menus nor do they have a good staff for service. I have been staying around in various places but this place was poorly maintained i hope to look into it

It's a nice property, the staff is. Professional and polite. Good clean rooms. Only one small issue i found there is voice from outside which can disturb you sometime else it's good for stay with family and for business as well.

The prime location with a distance apart from the city's traffic in silence zone makes it one of the best hotel to stay in amritsar with proper parking space. The rooms were clean and tidy with good and efficient staff service. The breakfast in my package was also delicious. My experience at hotel borderland has always been very nice and up to my expectations.

Hotel looks petty decent but the facilities provided are not up to the mark, for getting warm water in the bathroom we had to keep the wash basic and the shower area water kept running for 10_15 mins to get the warm water. Such a pathetic system. Moreover the rooms and bathrooms are just the opp to as shown. As it poured a night before we had to leave, no one even bothered to at-least wipe off the leaves and mud that come on to my car, may b as it must have been parked under a under, as it was coved with dust and leaves. Couldn't see a zeal in the staff to ensure that a customer pays a second visit to their hotel as customer satisfaction was missing. My rating to this hotel would be 3/10

Though i had a short stay but over all a nice stay. They do have parking however as per their size their parking is not adequate and my car was parked outside.

Hotel front desk executive atitude not good, no wish and don't care about customer queries, tv wasn't working and no action by the front desk. Good hotel but still to be improved few areas and then will become one of the top hotel in amritsar
