Property was fantastic. Rooms were comfortable, hot water was always available. Shower water pressure was good as well. Breakfast was included and the food was awesome.

We took family room which was nice for 4 of us comfortable stay and very cooperative staff. On our request one of them went to a mall to show us the way. We could not use the pool though because of lack of time overall nice place to stay

Food quality was worst no bathroom accesories kept like soap brush etc only two small gel not co operating for baby food also though already told before booking will not suggest any body to stay there rooms were ok

Hotel rooms where good, but the swimming pool and the breakfast was horrible… Would not suggest any one to go ther… as the staff was very rude except the person sitting on reception… Moreover when we asked them for morning tea, they said they can only provide in buffet when we went at 8:05 where buffet starts at 8:30.. So overall except the room & washroom everything was worst.. !

Good front office staff and restaurant staff - rest nothing appreciable.

Break-fast - repeated for two days - third day slightly different. Taste-wise not really great. Restaurant has very few staff - ms. Manpreet kaur managing the restaurant very efficiently with the limited man-power. Ambience of the hotel : ok front office : mr. Balwender singh : very efficient and very helpful person. Really an asset to the property. Room : badly designed - small room and even the available space is wasted owing to wrong architecture amenities in the room : very minimal no tooth-brush holder / tumbler in the bath room. Water flow was controlled / restricted to the bath room - definitely not a good sign of hospitality.

I recently booked a stay at a hotel in amritsar with my mother, and our experience was truly exceptional. Despite our early bus arrival at 8 am, the hotel provided us with a complimentary breakfast, going above and beyond what was expected. The hospitality was outstanding, reflecting in the impeccable hygiene standards, attentive staff, and delicious food. One remarkable gesture was when they packed breakfast for us, considering our early morning train at 6 am. This thoughtful touch showcased the hotel's commitment to guest satisfaction. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone. Additionally, their transportation services proved convenient; an uber cab from the hotel to the golden temple cost us just 150 rupees. We also utilized the hotel's cab services for our visit to the wagah border, and the all-inclusive package for 1700 rupees covered everything. The staff's helpfulness extended to assisting us with transportation arrangements, making our overall stay both enjoyable and stress-free.
