Very worst experince and hotel person even after confirm booking they ask me to pay more money and again and again calling and saying to pay money veryy horrible service no lift, no good staff dont visit this hotel ever

The hotel didnt had lift facilities, we got backside room which didnt had any windows no ventilation was there in room. First room which allotted to us was dirty, not maintained, ants where coming out of the bed, mosquitoes where there, no fresh soap was given we literally asked for it. After complaining to thr manager they allocated other room, which was still better, but first impression is the last. Also the number and location they have provided on make my trip is wrong no one picks up and wrong location. But they were kinda enough to keep our luggage for a while after the checkout

No chair in the room. Nothing complimentry. Tv not working. Room service poor. The manager was also worked as room service. Accessobilithy to hotel location was very poor. They advertized as temple view room. But actually the outside view through te room was pathetic.

Narrow and straight high staircase, no room service, even not get a water, hotel check in-checkout 12 to 12, we have check in 6:45 am and check out 6:15 am but we have to pay as extra rs. 270- at the rate rs. 50- per hour charges yet we stay less than 24 hours, have to pull your luggage as very much inner side location not a auto or vehicle not enter in this location,

I deeply regret my decision of booking this hotel. Its the worst thing that could have happened to me and my family in this trip. For starters there was no kitchen, only 1 staff member/receptionist/bell boy to manage everything and mind you he himself must be feeling sorry for himself to be hired at that hotel. Our room was at third floor wherein there was no lift and we have to carry our luggage by ourselves. No amenities, rooms were smaller than my cupboard, bathroom was untidy. They never offered us water, dental kits and i literally had to fight for toilet paper and towels. I can keep going and going trust me, so save yourself a buck and a headache and dont go for this hotel(which doesnt look like one.
