Ramada is excellent but level-up cabbana rooms are small and bathrooms not comfortable like shower water goes directly on seat and wash basin

This wouldn't even be the last hotel in the world, and i would stay. I had a worst experience in this hotel. Reception is the first place for first impression. The staff should be polite and welcoming. But in this hotel, staff is full of attitude. I stayed in room no 205 206, with my family members on 17th and 18th july, 2024. Don't go on pictures uploaded by property management. Rooms are not the same as shown in pictures. Mattress is very uncomfortable. Its sharp spring pricks in the body and hurts. The bathroom is leaking in room no. 205. Walls are in bad conditions due to dampness. There are cracks, mold, fungus growth, and paint peeling all over the wall. Towels have yellow patches, which they have provided in rooms. Washbasin has a big creak in room no 206. I made a complaint on reception. They were so rude to me, i told them i would put a review that didn't bother them. The manager was sitting there, and he doesn't know how to speak to customers. He waved his hand and told me i could leave the hotel and put review whatever i wanted. He showed me his full attitude. He didn't even try to listen to my problem, didn't even try to change the room, and asked me to check out. I didn't ask for a refund or check out. I traveled 10 hours, just wanted to have a good bed to sleep i would not recommend this hotel to stay.

Let me sum up my review in 3 categories- 1. Hospitality- The staff wasn't friendly at all. I travelled with my wife and 4 year old kid. None of the staff came forward and helped me carrying my luggage. 2. Food- The breakfast options weren't good at all. Food was spicy and not suitable for my 4 year old kid. 3. Room cleaniness- The linen weren't clean and washed properly. Room service was also very late despite reminding them multiple times. If you genuinely ask me I would never book this hotel again.

The rooms are small but clean and comfortable. The windows and the hotel entrance could be kept more clean. The lady at the reception barely made any effort to be of help and surely didn’t no nothing about customer excellence.

We stayed in this hotel for one day (deluxe room + breakfast. The room was spacious but it was quite suffocating and smelly. There was a window through which you can see the garbage dumping area of the hotel. The exhaust in the washroom was not working. Secondly when it comes to food - we ordered lunch and starters from the hotel restaurant as per menu provided by them in the room. At the time of checkout the receptionist charged us more than the price stated jn menu saying the menu rate list is old. We also requested them to provide us a lil bit of breakfast one hour early than their regular time of 8:30am because we had a flight to catch to which as well they were not willing to adjust. Overall it was not at all a good experience staying at this hotel. It was just one day for us so we somehow managed it. Would not recommend for longer duration to stay here.

Service quality is terrible and you need to call multiple times for even slightest requirement. Furthermore there is no ventilation in the room. It’s pathetic to stay if you are with family.

Property location: nearest to all the visiting spots ~3 km circle) facilities: - rooms are quite old and not well maintained - hotel don't provide basic amenities like towel, coffee/tea amenities - only once water is provided at the time of check-in and there is no water after that if you stay for longer - hotel staffs are helpful and try to help in every possible way
