Location is excellent. Walking distance behind the station. The staff was courteous and helping. The room was just right for the budget. The restraunt was ok. We enjoyed the visit to the city partially due our comfortable stay in the hotel.

Hotel is far away from golden temple, this is the only negative point. Stay is good. One bearded staff was very rude. Hotel management should look into this.

rooms were ok but the food was not good.the dinner was too salty and spicy in breakfast also they had only two option.

The rooms are good. The behaviour of the staff is also good. But some problems are there: 1) the rooms have central a/c so control of the a/c is not in our hand. You have to call the staff every-time to change the a/c temperature. Also, if someone from your neighbouring room changes the temperature, your temperature will also be changed. 2) they provide 1 no. Of 500 ml drinking water bottle per person. The water provided is very less for one day for one person.

Clean room, gud services and polite behavior. Just outside the railway station and also you can get conveyance outside the hotel. Food is ok.

Very poor experience with the hotel. Staff is very rude, very limited breakfast options, no toiletries provided. They have centrally controlled ac so becomes uncomfortable. The only good thing is it is near to railway station and golden temple. Please avoid this stay, not at all value for money.

It is a very good hotel nearby amritsar railway station. Rooms are great, atmosphere is also good, we only face issue with hot water which was not resolved after complained twice. Restaurant is also good for k wick food requirement. Transportation option are also available immediately.

Room was clean, ac, tv was working fine, service was good. Food was good. There was no remote provided for ac. So i could not operate the ac. This was a discomfort

Hotel room is good but service like blanket cover was not clean. Enough and they denied, and was rude reply that we can not give new bedsheet or blanket cover. Also break fast was not good and ithad paratha, poha and chai only options, that was also not good enough. Building and room was well maintained.

It was a good experience overall. The property is located just at the entrance of amritsar railway station. The golden temple is around 1. 5 km and easy to reach there. Food was very good and delicious rooms were neat and clean.

Lovely hotel and staff. Breakfast and dinner was enjoyable and had a good selection with attentive staff. Received good recommendations for food. Room was clean with the essentials. Hotel central, everything we needed for a short visit to amritsar. Great hotel. Everything was nice. My family would surely choose it again next time when we visit amritsar again. Great location, great service, friendly staff. Good value for the money. Breakfast and dinner was delicious. Very comfortable. Would definitely recommend thank you"
