We have stayed 2 nights overall exp was good. There was no hot cold water mixture in the bathroom. And there are some rooms in which ventilation is the issue.

Cleanness 2/5 washroom was ok but room bedding was too dirty. Expected room size and bed and TV etc are not what is shown on pictures. No where near to expected. Unprofessional staff is unprofessional and during my checkout I came with two friends. The guys at the reception didn't allow them to go with me by saying that unmarried couples are not allowed. So both my friends waited for me in the waiting area for 20 minutes. Both were complaining about the staff staring at them.

It's very hard to find room heater in winter, room window glasses broken. I had to pay extra cash for a room heater.

We were a British couple looking for a cheap stay. We asked for extra linen to make the beds with white sheets. All provided for free and happy with our stay.

Location of the hotel is good because it's just in front of bus stand and only location is good.
Room size is too small according to price which I have paid. Last 2 tour at Amritsar in September 2018 I had stayed in sukhman international hotel and booking was with Goibibo, there were 2 times larger room with AC, LCD TV, geyser in bathroom in less price which I have paid for Hotel Hilroz. I thought that I may get some extra facility and better room service but I was wrong. Finally I am not satisfied with this hotel.
