Most terrible experience ever that had happened with me in my life! i have booked my stay well in advance on 9th aug afternoon to avoid any problems. Our family reached hotel la case at 12. 30 am and the receptionist said we are over booked so we’ll shift you to our other property, first of all its hotels responsibility to inform guests well in advance to avoid inconvenience, they didn’t informed us and shift us to other property which didn’t have any proper parking and talked to us rudely. So in midnight we don’t have any option so we stayed in other property white hotel which didn’t have proper parking space, this property also asked us to check out in one day while our stay was for two days without informing due to non availability. Then this second property asked us to move to the third one, while getting there my car also got damaged. Full of frustration and anger we got back to first property hotel la casa the staff there was so bad annoying and disrespectful he doesn’t know how to talk to guests, he said this is non of our problem u talk to make my trip for resolution. After talking to make my trip we got our stay there. It was the most terrible experience with hotel la casa the staff is disrespectful annoying and didn’t inform us for any of the situation. I recommend no guest should ever stay there, such a waste of time i was not able to enjoy my vacation i was just roaming here and there in hotels. And the best part is the staff don’t give a damm don’t care about the problem.

i have a room book with breakfast but they are saying, we don't have a kitchen so we can't give you breakfast. i have asking for la casa hotel amritsar⁩

The hotel wifi and tv was not working staff was rude and we had to pay extra charges for room although we had paid prior online

La casa hotel situated at main road of amritsar. There is easy to find location by google map. Aminities is good and staff and service also good. Room, bed and washroom are clean and hygienic. Please do not book with breakfast. There is no fascelity of breakfast.

We weren’t given the rooms we booked. The ac in the rooms was not effective. There was no shower gel, had to take a bath with shampoo. Overall the experience was bad.

It was mentioned in hotel descriptions that car parking is available which is not available the car parking is under the bridge which is not safe at all

Hotel is located convenient location near the golden temple and city bus stand. Rooms are well maintained food quality is good in restaurant. There pool in tarace was empty.

It was great hotel. Very approachable near to goldentemple, jallianwala bagh. It situated on main road of city. Good parking, neat and clean room bathroom. Staff very nice.

I choose this hotel as it was a new hotel and expected good service, the hotel room was okay but the cleanliness and hygiene was way below standards. We paid rs plus for two nights and got a very dirty room and toilet. Had to ask the staff to clean the floor again. It was sticky and dirty. The toilet cum bath was appalling. It got over before it started, had no toilet tissues and was absolutely dirty with pan stains above the basin.
