Really bad hotel flush was not working hair strand in cup and hair strand in curd bowl bad staff i tried complaining to the manger but he did not entertain rather was arguing

The location of the hotel is the first thing that's going to bother people. It's in a very narrow lane so reaching the hotel with a car is a bit difficult. However there's a private parking space so you can park your car safely. The rooms are good and the staff was polite. However, they were understaffed so we faced problems like a leaking bathroom ceiling, lack of water in the taps. Overall, the stay was average because of these inconveniences.

Rooms were properly sanitized. Hotel was good. Staff was wear proper mask with proper hygine. Food was so good. Washrooms were neat n clean.

They cancelled by booking informing they tried reaching me but they didn't. They called me in late night on that basis they claimed cancellation was justified. However the Hotel employees cannot call females in dark hours and expect them answering! Ridiculous people!
