first they were sold out, they shifted us near by hotel City Inn where first AC was not working, after complaining they on AC. Bed linen was dirty and hair on bed. washroom was dirty and broken. room was stinky no room freshener used. totally disappointed and hotel property. I don't know how ignore this thing. if hotel is sold out they have to deny to room instead of sending 0* hotel property. I will waiting for my refund or something else for ruined my day night with my love one.

Very very poor experience. Very poor room provided. No water no towel. Room condition was very horrible.
