Initially i was hesitant to book my room, but when i entered it was awesome. Room was nea t and clean. The staff was jovial, room was spacious and i would definitely prefer to stay here thanks hotel popular.

While booking we mention about early check in. Then to they charged extra 500 for early check in. In room water was not provided. Don’t include breakfast in package. As one person can order one item, and that to cost rs100 max and they charged 500rs. Totally waste of money.

We family with 3 members stayed here for 2 days. Staff support is very good. As 1st day we didn't get full hot water as winter season but they arranged hot water in bucket. 2nd we got hot water without any issue. Room is clean and toilet also very clean. Best place to stay. Thank you popular staff providing good customer support.

The stay in the hotel was good. It was satisfactory. The price was up to the facility not too much nor too less. Their was a small leak in the hot water pipe rest every thing is fine. The room and bathroom was clean and neat that's what every guest would expect and that they have full filled also the hotel was near to railway station and golden temple need not have to travel long.

Dirty washroom, the hotel did not accept up i payemts f pr water although the water is complimentry they charged us and later they deny for up i payment for water and started shouting to pay in cash the reception guy was so rude. Being in hospitality business he did mot have manner to talk to guest.

1. Hotel was not having staff to handle things 2. Even though empty room was available, early check in was charged extra at hotel 3. Tv was not working 4. Hotel service is poor 5. Ordered food and it was outsourced through some other restaurant with extra charges had a bad experience at this hotel

Bedsheets were not changed for 4 days of our stay. Only 2 water bottles were provided for 4days of our stay. Rooms were not cleaned for the entire duration of the stay.
