    Terrible Stay

    I had to check in around 2am and i was traveling with my wife and parents. I had booked 2 rooms after initial confirmation, later around midnight i was told hotel has rejected my booking. I was very furious. Thanks to makemytrip and the advisor, he found another hotel and made all arrangements for our stay. Thanks to that guy & pls remove such hotels from your portal who will deny booking after confirming and getting full payment from customer
