Overall good experience. Location is excellent. Darbar sahib, jaliawala bagh and market on walking distance. Room survive and cleanliness are average.

The staff was rude room was not properly clean even the bed sheets and pillows are dirty tv doesn’t work I just wast my money. The breakfast was terrible newer including breakfast even I can’t give them one star the are properly unprofessional .hospitality is first thing you should be providing the customer but the don’t knew it 👎

Property's location was not there where it was showing, it was 200 metres away and they have also not updated the location. No towel, no toiletries were given. Overall not a good experience

50m from golden temple is slightly misguiding. Only rear gate is 150m and main gate is more than 500m. Some timed car is not allowed on narrow streets, so you have to go by auto to main road. Staff is helpful, breakfast is good but costly.

I booked deluxe room but it not seems to deluxe and ac didn’t work through stay. It was very difficult to navigate for hotel and location of hotel according to map did not match with actual location and also name of hotel change to a1 express. Tamanna is not written anywhere on main entrance of hotel. Hotel is not 50m from golden temple but it’s around 100-200 m

Room was little smelly especially bathroom, ac was noisy, i had to call room service for tv as it was not recharged, but staff was polite and responsive so overall its average experience.

The service was pathetic. Rooms were very small as compared to the pictures uploaded. My room was super deluxe. Facilities mentioned are numerous and given are 0. Bathroom slippers was not even provided! very bad experience

The hotel is near the golden temple and that is the only advantage. It is rated as 3star in the listing but it does not deserve any stars. The basics like toiletries were not provided. The rooms are small and need maintenance.
