Terrible Stay

My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. When i requested an extra puri for breakfast, the staff rudely informed me that the allowance was limited to 50 rupees per person, so they couldn't provide more. The washrooms had poor drainage, making them unpleasant to use. The fridge and tv in the room were both non-functional. There were no towel replacements available during my stay, and there were no arrangements for drinking water either. Overall, a very poor experience.

Poor Stay

Very bad experience. Rooms were small in size with no ventilation. The ac was not working so that made the situation even worse. The location provided by mm t was wrong. No room service. We had to carry our luggage on our own through the stairs, a first time experience like this. Very low grade hotel

Misleading hote

Its mentioned that they have breakfast, but the syaff has no knowledge about it. Also no lift in the hotel. And we have to wait for 1 hour in order to get our stuff to second floor as the staff was unavailable. No proper parking space. Also google shows wrong direction. This is not a recommended hotel.

Location and address is wrong

The address mentioned is not correct and even the location is also not correct. And the hotel is on first floor and even the room maintenance is also terrible. There were rats on the false ceiling. But on the contrary hotel staff and owner is very nice. But its my suggestion to the management to maintain the hotel and also update their location on mmt

The address given is misleading. Auto took us to another location. After much enquiry to local people, we could reach correct destination. The mobile number provided was also incorrect.

My experience at its y by treebo - sehdev residency. The rooms are spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed, providing a comfortable retreat after a day of sightseeing. The hotel's proximity to transit points and nearby restaurants is a huge plus. Overall, a fantastic value for money

Worst & uncleaned hotel

This was my one of the worst stay even in a hotel. The rooms are dirty, customer have to request the hotel staff to clean the room, only on request they clean the services. There is not upfront responsibility from the hotel staff to maintain cleanliness in hotel. Overall i was unhappy the service provided by them.
