Location of property is very good, food, amenities & service is also good, behaviour of staff was also too good. But during our stay some interior work & painting was going on same floor that's why there was issue of bad smell of paint. Rest other things were very good.

Very late responses of staff and room was not clean when handover to customer. Very less light. Quite expensive in terms of facilities.

I had a very pleasant stay at this place. Great and helpful staff good facilities. Good food available at the restaurant overall i nice place to stay in. Highly recommended.

Ac was not working. Room was full of house flies. Even the room was not clean enough. Had to ask them for slippers. Food was also below average.

My stay in kumar hotel was outstanding and i will always stay there whenever i will be in amritsar and staff is very cooperative and i enjoyed alot there

1 hotel near railway station 2 old hotel being renovated in good condition. Little less space in room. Bathroom is little old. Room has new feel. 3 lift under construction 4 staff is casual and not much considerate that visitor coming for first time in the holy city to visit temple. 5 food is awesome. Service is good. 6 breakfast has to be ordered even in package. Overall avg experience, but value for money.

Worst service staff, dirtiest place ever. The lift did not worl, there was hair in my tea, the towels looked like mops.

Hotel is very good actually provided with all amenities. Situated at nice location provided all essential amenities.

The bed sheet had burnt spots and multiple places which was not at all acceptable. Check in and check out was easy and quick. The room was dark, was nowhere similar to how bright and lit it’s shown

The room which was ok but requires modernization in the appearance, the staff is busy but help you but the waiting period to resolve the issue is lengthy, restaurant food is really good however the prompt response in answering the queries should be top priority however nice stay for 4 days

Good location and hospitality. Room was clean. Check in formalities were fast and hassle-free. All the things or facilities mentioned in room description were provided in working condition. I liked the softness and comfort of the mattress.
