On the day of check in morning when called hotel guy, they mentioned they are under renovation and not in position to provide accommodation

staff is nice. but hotel is bad so bad. i faced many problms during my stay. 1. room lock stop working. 2. ⁠in room 405 the ac vent creating so much noise you cant sleep there. 3. ⁠did not offer water bottles in room 4. ⁠tv is not working

Room was dirty floor was not clean fridge wasnt working even after complaining no action taken. For 1. 5 day tv recharge was not done. Staff **** was extremely rude. No clear info provided for the breakfast. Had to miss the first day breakfast as the staff in the night told it will start from 7-10 am. I reached at 7:45 am and another staff said it will not start before 8:30 hence missed the breakfast bcz had to visit the golden temple. Overall i will not suggest anyone to stay at this hotel.

First hotel address is wrong when booked through mm t so need to change it. Already informed hotel staff. When check-in room was not cleaned washroom was not cleaned then we have shifted to other room. Geyser was not worked and tv was also not working. But staff was cooperative very bed experience to stay there.

The rooms were decent, the food was okayish, not that good. There was a smell in bathroom and there was no shampoo available.

Rooms are good, but service and people there are rude. They were least bothered to provide drinking water, had to call multiple times. Service is not available and waiter are very rude in nature.
