We were thrilled to receive a room upgrade. Although we encountered a few maintenance issues upon arrival, they were quickly addressed. The only downside was the restaurant staff, who seemed indifferent to the customers and unresponsive, even during quieter times. Otherwise, it would have easily been a 5-star rating.

_4. 5/5 stars - great experience, room for improvement_ we had a wonderful stay at this hotel! the room was truly awesome, spacious, and well-appointed. However, the washroom didn't quite live up to our expectations of a 5-star hotel. It could benefit from some upgrades and attention to detail. On the other hand, the hospitality was top-notch! the staff was extremely humble, courteous, and eager to please. They made us feel welcome and comfortable throughout our stay. Despite the minor issue with the washroom, we would definitely visit this hotel again. With a bit of improvement in the bathroom amenities, this hotel has the potential to be truly exceptional. Rating: 4. 5/5 stars

Booking was for delux room with bathtub, we were given a room without bathtub. On informing they given another room which was already occupied, it was really embarrassing. Again they assigned another room with a small bathtub, blocked washbasin and stained bathroom floors. But we thought we will not ask again for a change, because we were little tired after a full day journey and it is difficult to move across floors and rooms with 2 children and my wife. Carpets in the room and corridor were also not maintained neatly.

My stay at radisson blu was wonderful. Property is very well maintained and food was scrumptious too. Room service can be improved also i faced minor issue with water clogging in washroom. Else rooms were very nicely done and spacious. Staff is humble and ready to help. It’s very close to airport. I recommend this place to anyone who is visiting amritsar.
