Worst hotel and mannerless owner. Owner was very much rude and incooperative. Room and washroom was very much dirty and unclean. No room service provided for whole 3 days. Room was centralised so that it take too many hours to cool, for that reason we need to call room service again and again and it was very much annoying. All the controls such as ac regulation, room service is in owners control but he did not cooperate. Hotel owner has no manner to talk with his customer. He did not gave us any bills of meals, also he told us if we needs bills then we need to pay gst. It was totally waste money, please do not recommend such kind of hotels. I sincerely request to make my trip please do not register such hotels on make my trip.

The property was near to golden location, overall it was good but only problem was the smell of cigarette in the washroom, though it was non smoking room.

The location of the hotel was ultimate near to highway, not so far from railway station and golden temple. And other tourist places and eating joints. Precisely hotel is at centre of everything. Rooms were clean and spacious with other amenities.

hotel doesn't agree on the online booking amount and ask for more, however my stay was till night as I had to catch the train, hotel owner agree to honor the deal I had. rest of the hotel owners also warn me about the same.

The stay was not good the rooms were dirty the walls were dirty. There was dust everywhere no bathrooms were clean after switching on the exhaust fan the whole bathroom and room was smelling of smoke the room walls are white in colour but they are dirty also the linens were torn the pillow covers were torn lastly when i woke up in the night for washroom the whole bathroom was filled with cockroach horrible stay horrible hygiene. Food - good hygiene - very bad the rooms were not cleans the bedroom linens were torn the pillow cover were torns they have white walls all were dirty and not clean bathroom was not clean and stinky when you swtich on the exhaust fan from somewhere the smoke smell was cleaning. The worst part during the night when one goes to washroom the bathroom the sink area the toilet area all the cockroaches are roaming very bad hygiene the hotel looks new from the outside but the rooms are unhygienic

Despite of booking voucher with meals included, the hotel staff denied offering any meals. Even water bottles were not complimentary. Location is pathetic with no good restaurants nearby.
