Hotel accommodation is not good, no special request accept, room service only on reception, hotel not a provide breakfast and meal on going emergency work by booking holder

The manager of the hotel is impolite he's very harsh and rude doesn't have manners how to deal wid the customers and he's very wrong in his anger management I have made a big mistake by choosing this hotel and would recommend everyone not to choose this hotel if they want to enjoy their trip.

Location is good near to Golden temple, but service is very bad. No lift. Bad service. Room service is very bad. Food only veg in package. But still very less options.

Breakfast serving time too late at 9. 30 am onward and only single pardha or sandwich is option with coffee.

Location is really great. Just 500 meter away from Golden temple, and 500 meter away from famous hall bazaar. Rooms were very clean with brand new bed sheets and all other amenities. Clean bathrooms. Room had welcome snacks. Food was super delicious. Ultimate food. Staff was very cooperative. It was a beautiful stay at divine.
