Pathetic condition of rooms. Rude and uneducated staff. Please don’t choose this for your stay! bathrooms were also dirty.

No welcome drinks sof beverages basic amenities like bath kit dental ki provided as discussed someone was continuously smoking in hotel and i was complaining to reception 4-5 times but no-one was listening and bcz of that i got headache and my whole trip was spoiled. No extra departure time was given they were asking me to leave at 11 only and i left from there at 10:30 bcz of them

Extremely dissatisfied with all aspects of the stay including the room, the location, and moreover the attitude and behaviour of staff. At the time of check in itself they didn't show any sense of customer orientation. We didn't get basic services including changing of bed linen, room and bathroom being cleaned etc. Even after reminding for it. Only upon follow up and insistence towards late evening they came and did some basic cleaning. Tv was not getting connected to wifi and when requested to correct it, no one came for at least half and hour. Then the guy who came to correct it was putting the blame on us. So overall no sense of customer service and customer relationship.

The foremost positive point for this hotel has to be it's proximity to the golden temple, second would be their food quality. The rooms have all amenities but the only down side is their service and attentiveness. Both are extremely slow and below the mark. Once this is corrected, i am sure this hotel will be on the bucket list of all visiting amritsar. All in all- a satisfactory stay.

I found this hotel through make my trip site and booked the hotel for 2 days. I have a good experience in hotel except toilet flush which was lill bit slow and it needs to be repaired. Rest is ok

Hotel is good and it's near golden temple. We will get e-rekshaws at rupees 10/persons regarding stay it's average service is slow

I stayed at this property for 3 days and liked the property for the price i paid, i booked the room with 3 beds, it was comfortable stay and location is good too with e-rickshaws available at the front gate of the hotel. The staff is quick with service. The only thing i didn't like is hotel food but when you are in amritsar, you should not eat at hotel anyways.

The stay was very good, we had pick drop service for wherever we wanted to go, since it was a girls trip the hotel staff made sure that we feel safe and secured every moment. Overall a great stay❤️

Property location is not very good, on highway. But its vicinity with the-golden temple makes this hotel worthwhile to stay. We did not have any food at the hotel as ample variety of good food in amritsar and that too near golden temple is available. We did have tea in hotel which was very good and reasonably priced. The room services amenities and housekeeping at the hotel was very good. Overall good experience of stay at white house.

Rooms are good and very big for family it is nice and clean. Staff is also good, walking to temple, food and shopping areas is long, location and surrounded areas is average
