That stay was really good, awesome ambience and had a great experience but food price is little bit high, but overall it's a good hotel, and i love to stay there again

Dirty room, very unpleasant atmosphere and very cheat hotel. No one should ever stay in this hotel. Terrible behaviour of staff. Couldn't stay for 1 hour and had to change another hotel. Very bad and pungent smell in room. Bathroom extremely dirty

Horrible experience. It is a kalyan mandatory rather than a hotel. Please stop booking for god's sake.

Can’t be a resort

We reached 12 am. Security guard was sleeping and took some time to open the gate. Receptionist took 10mins to figure out the booking details and found it post i share the complete booking id. Rooms allocated to a place where dustbin was put and most of the wastes outside. Geyser and refrigerator was not working. When we went to bed around 20 mosquitoes started attacking us. We had spend good amount of time to get rid of them. Called 3-4 times to hose keeping to give us mosquitoes repellent machine. We got it after 30mins. Rooms were clean, balcony was not clean, ac water was falling in the balcony, making the place unusable. Bathroom was stinky. Corridor was not cleaned for days. No lights in corridor at night. The only thing good happened was the breakfast was good.

water heater not working when ask say No stock or replace, geaser also dead, after 3 reminder no one listens, bath cold water, actually when booking they are give third class room & charge super deluxe rate. next time not booking saying all my colleague also buffet BF also not good, so many items not available, when say take time.

Hotel asian hill view room charges are very high. No facility is good. One room is visible at the time of booking but the time of delivery is given by anather. The behavior if the sraff is very bad. Especially the receptiin. Think 10 times before booking. The permission of such owner should be cancelled.

Only thing good about the hotel is the service from staff. Rest everything was horrible. Room quality, facilities of resort, pool, restaurant were all horrible.
