Good - room condition and available space was good. Bad - amenities like basic kits are not provided. Provided towels were dirty. Foods are overpriced and not very tasty.

The reception service was so unprofessional, even no one was there to take luggage to room even to inform in which floor room is, the restaurant service was horrible, the waiter's face was like he is not interested to work, no buffet breakfast. It is one of the oldest hotel in angul, rooms are dilapidated fit for few hours of stay book directly with the hotel for better rates.

Uncourteous staff with rude behaviour, it's a lodge, some kinda third class stay, with filthy mattress pillows and toilets even sulabh is better than them.

very professional service, clean rooms and linen. Best Place to stay at. Nice restaurant to dine at. Forgot my CHARGER on enquiry, I was informed that when and where to send the same. however I declined but to take it once I come back to same property....Great Place

Cleanliness is a issue and the wifi does not work. Tvs are so old and nothing is visible not do they have anything other than free to air channels

The hallmark of this hotel is its staff behaviour. Room is quite spacious. A big parking area and nice restaurant. It is beside national highway. But the hotel looks old. The fan of my room was making a lot of noise. It's regulator was not working. Looking at the amenities, the price is too high.

Beds, mattresses and bed sheets are very bad. Even towels and tv sets (box type) condition are not good.

I stayed with family on 9th and 10th june 22 in hotel prasanti, angul. I had a great time. Very good ambience. Nice staff behavior. Big parking. Foodis good but bit costly. Room was excellent. Both of my rooms are great with one having a jacuzzi

The hotel was lagging behind in the basic amenities like provision of toothbrush, shampoo was not there. Even the air conditioner was also old and was chilling a lot as compared to normal ac. The locking facility of door was also not appropriate and was old styled. Inside texture of the room was also not inspiring as per the cost. The mess facility was good as i am north indian so breakfast served there was also good. Overall hotel quality was marginal and can improve and it can gain rating upto 4-5. I think i have shared a lot about the hotel one more thing i would like to add is the limited parking available outside the hotel
