Worse Service, Took ₹1000 for early check in but didn't provide bill. on demand provided extra bed bill. Very Bad Staying Experience. Telephone connection wasn't available in the room. No cleaning done.

Management is very poor. Room is not ready, but key is handover. Billing time manager is not at reception. I am waiting 20 minutes. So my train is missing.

Overall good stay. Breakfast options are very good. The rooms are also ok. All the staff are very polite. The dinner quantity is more than enough but quality needs to be improved particularly in the nonveg option. Overall u can stay here. One suggestion i need to give to management, if possible online booking should also include breakfast + lunch/dinner option with room. This category should also be there so that if suitable we can book this combo type of rooms.

Unjustified charges

Room was clean. Food quality average did not provide any complimentary food like biscuits, snacks etc. Only 1 ltr. Packaged drinking water and tea was complimentary they have taken charges rs. 21 and rs. 31 rupees for each pkt. Of kurkure, chips, bourbon biscuit etc. Which is maximum mrp 5- or 10- rupees. This is totally unjustified.

Well behavior. Good service with excellent food quality. It's an affordable and pocket friendly hotel. Visit at least once. I want to book again on 16th june to 18th june.
