The tagline of them "beyond hospitality" justified 100. A lovely and memorable time spent there. Thank you very much for the wonderful experience. The staffs are very much supportive and generous in behaviour.

Convenient location close to rail station. Clean facilities. The best part is the food. Amazing quality and quantity good too. But expensive, especially for ansansol vs. Name brand restaurants in south kolkata, but still worth the taste. Servers had good attitude. The complimentary buffet breakfast was excellent too. The front desk manager forgot his name something starts with s, a young gentleman was very pleasant to deal with. I strongly recommend the hotel based on my experience.

Superb experience with hotel payal inn. Excellent location, 5 min from walking asansol platform no 1 the food and hospitality is very good. The staffs are very cooperative. Good service. The rooms are very clean. Clean bathroom. One of the best hotels at asamsol

Supportive staff. Clean rooms. Food is good. Location is also very convenient. Delux rooms are little compact but clean. Executive rooms are spacious.

Well located with good connectivity for travel within the city by road or outside the city by train. Equipped with excellent facilities for a comfortable stay. The only drawback which i could experience was check-in time (2 pm) which is highly inconvenient for the travellers who may arrive in the morning by train. A provision for need-based early check-in may be introduced in all such cases on proportionate charges (not on half-day charges which appear to be on the higher side. Overall a very good experience.
